FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. What size should I buy?

SNAP sizing is congruent with age, so that a size 1 should fit your average one-year old, size 2 should fit your average two-year old, and so on. Our Sizing chart will indicate what those “average” measurements are, but if you can’t find them or are still unsure, please email us at hello@snappajamas.com and we can help! We always recommend sizing up, because loungewear looks cute a little oversized and you can wear your pieces longer! Especially in the cotton gauze, which always shrinks one size down due to the nature of the fabric.

 

2. Where are your items made? Did you design them?

All SNAP clothing is made right here in the United States—in fact, it’s made in the DFW metroplex! We—that’s Marie and Nadia—design each product, often referencing vintage items pulled from our own collections of favorites (for instance, the little gown is inspired by Marie’s French great grandmother’s own handmade nightgown) and then have it cut and sewn under our guidance. Did you know that only 3% of clothing sold in the USA is actually made in the USA? We feel like it’s important to continue supporting the US apparel sector, paying people living wages to create cute clothes, and keep local makers in business.

 

3. What is SNAP made out of, is it always cotton?

So far, yes! SNAP has been and will always be made with 100% natural fibers. So far, that’s cotton. Maybe one day, we’ll find a linen we love. No matter what, it will be fun, colorful, natural fiber.

 

4. Do you have a store, or can you be found at other retailers?

No, we do not currently have a physical storefront, nor do we sell via wholesale. You can either find us online, or at one of our regularly scheduled pop-ups or trunk shows. 5. When will you send my order? What if I live in Dallas?

Typically, an order will process within one to three business days from when it was placed. You’ll know it’s been processed when you receive an email with tracking info, and the package will be sent that day.

 

6. Will you extend your sizing past 8-years-old? Will you make SNAP in adult sizing?

We hear you, and we’re working on it! Once our design process is complete, you will be the first to know when they launch!

 

7. How do I make a return or exchange?

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of date of purchase. Item must be unworn with tags. Please send order # and reason(s) for return/exchange to hello@snappajamas.com

 

8. Will you feature my adorable children on the SNAP Instagram?

Please, we’d love to! Send your cute pics our way and we’d love to share—there’s nothing we love more than seeing your cuties style their SNAP looks.
